(“Company,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any interactions with us online or offline.

1. Services Provided


We offer garage door repair, maintenance, and installation services throughout the Sacramento area. Service availability is subject to technician scheduling and location.




2. Quotes & Pricing


All pricing is flat-rate and provided in advance. Some jobs may require on-site inspection before a final quote is given. We reserve the right to modify pricing based on complexity or safety risks.




3. Booking & Cancellations


Appointments may be booked online, via text, or phone. We ask that cancellations be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.




4. Payment


Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and select digital wallets. All card payments are securely processed via Stripe.




5. Warranties & Guarantees


Service warranties vary by job and part. Most repairs include a [30–90 day] labor guarantee. Some products (springs, openers) may carry manufacturer warranties. We’ll clarify these during your visit.




6. Liability


TrueLift is not liable for pre-existing damage, misuse of equipment, or repairs performed by other providers. We are also not responsible for delays due to weather, parts shortages, or unforeseen circumstances.




7. Changes to These Terms


We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
